Both models, Up and Rec, are suitable for a wide range of heights from a child of 135cm (4.4ft) to an adult 198cm (6.5ft).
The maximum recommended weight of the user is 120kg (265lbs). The waterbike can handle more weight than that, but we put a safety margin for a comfortable and safe ride.
No way, the waterbike is suitable for all people of all ages and does not require any special physical preparation or specific skill.

Customers will receive a full refund if cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a Credit Note will be provided. Please contact us by phone to cancel or enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Yes, children unable to ride independently can accompany an adult on our tandem waterbike or make use of the optional inflatable deck.
No, we only offer guided tours to ensure the safety of our guests.

No, we currently do not offer transportation to and from our tour meeting points.
No, all guests are fitted with a lifejacket and are accompanied by one of our tour guides.
The likelihood of tipping over is extremely minimal, but if this were to occur, your lifejacket and our tour guide would ensure your safety.
Other watercraft should keep a safe distance from us at all times, but we are on the water, and you may get splashed, nothing that would see you wet for long.
Our Yarra River Tours operate on a busy urban waterway, but your tour guide will direct you at all times. On the Mornington Peninsula, we have a lot more open water.
Reservations are highly recommended. While we do accept walk-ins, availability for tours cannot be guaranteed without a reservation.

Iconic locations: Enjoy accessible tours on the Yarra River in Melbourne and scenic spots like Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.
We provide all participants with life jackets and ask that you wear them at all times while you are on the water.
All participants will be asked to sign an e-waiver before check-in.
All of our locations have public parking available. However, we do recommend using public transport whenever possible. To ensure you don’t miss your tour, we advise allowing plenty of time to find a parking spot and arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. This will help you avoid being marked as a no-show.
